How are Training Workshops Developed?

Assertiveness and Conflict Resolution

Workshops can be delivered over the lunch hour to address personal and workplace topics generated by employees and employers. The sessions can be more informal and are likely voluntarily. Session topics can include:

Sessions support and enhance workplace and community literacy to promote the inclusion of workers who may be new to Canada or to support workers who might experience literacy challenges.

These workshops are specifically designed to familiarize training staff and supervisors with adult learning principles and promising practices. Depending on the requirements of the workplace workshops can include:
Adult Learning

- Employees learn how culture and background of fellow employees both from other countries or other parts of Canada may affect the workplace.
